Claims take much longer than suggested…
Claims take much longer than suggested and is unacceptable , the requirements that the reviews ask for are not available to the client so why are they trying to get the client to retrieve them ? This is just a way to delay or refuse a claim. Having a vet in the family who uses fetch and recommends them, has forwarded the info for claims to them and still they are unable to find the reports ? What’s up with the fetch people?
The initial sales are all on line so many details are not discussed nor available in a clear manner.
What is covered is only clearer not perfect after you start your program. That’s too late to recognize there is something else available for additional coverage. The structure is not clear.
In the future if things are not handled in a timely manner I will be looking at other options.
Records and reports were forwarded three times but the same requests for the past history was required on each claim . Why. The puppy was only 7 months old ! Where is your storage history entered and saved. May help your review complete their job more efficiently.
So far I’m not impressed. The representative I finally spoke to was difficult and had an attitude that this was my problem and it was something I needed to do. However in the end it was fetches responsibility. Change the attitude of your phone representatives . They are your only personal contact with your clients or you may loose clients.
