This was our first claim and I am now…

This was our first claim and I am now convinced that I made the right decision selecting Fetch for our Pet Insurance. Coverage was complete and fulfilled within days of submitting a claim. A few questions that I had with regard to navigating the web site information were answered within minutes by their outstanding representative, Angle (the name fits very well!) I highly recommend Fetch Pet Insurance to all pet parents seeking to purchase health insurance for their pets. Outstanding in every way...... 10+ stars !

Amanda was so sweet and personable

Amanda was so sweet and personable. She also shared lots of valuable information and really took the time to explain things with my policy for all 3 of my pups. She also got me over to start a new policy for my new pup and sounded just as excited as I am for have a new dog.

Liars. Frauds. Cheats. Denials for stuff not on their policy documents.

Spent about $1000 on insurance and was denied because the newly diagnosed condition was unknown before I got the dog. Paid out of pocket approximately 3K. Paid for insurance 1K; they covered nothing. They made me wait for a review; then they made me wait another 45 days to dispute the denial. Didnʻt answer my email..refused to issue me a refund even when cancelling and refunding 3 unused days not even mentioning the lying that occured. DONT EVER USE FETCH. YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM

Super helpful

I called in to get information about the wellness packages. Then I could stop paying for the plans with the Vet. Carla was extremely helpful and informative and let me know, I got time to think about it before renewal. She sent an email so I can see what’s included.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
