Waste of money & waste of time

Waste of money & waste of time. We've been customers for almost a year. Every claim we submitted, they found some excuse or reason as to why it wasn't covered. They push every veterinary medical expense to be uncovered. What's the point in pet insurance if you're not going to cover anything, especially in a business where they over-charge at a criminal rate on people who are just trying to help their pets live healthy. It's insane. Complete scam, just trying to take your money. Canceled our membership for our 6 pets today. Lost complete faith in this company.

Clear instructions, great communication and easy to understand claim results - fabulous!

Clear, concise instructions, great communication and the explanation of benefits (claim result) was completely transparent. I have had Fetch for a very long time (since it was another name) and have only submitted 1 claim prior to this most recent one. I was nervous (at a time when I'm already so very concerned about my pup) about hiccups in the claim process and it was SEAMLESS. Just as easy and clear as could ever be expected. I keep all vet forms and communication, and it certainly helped speed the process of uploading documentation. 5++ stars!

Fetch a s not the insurance company you want for your pet. I totally agree with those who wrote that Fetch will find a pre-existing condition no matter what.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
