Non existent Customer Service
Customer service is trained to not answer calls and delay working with customers. This company is a fraud who will not pay claims but will continue to increase premiums. If they know you are wanting to cancel they will actively make the process difficult. I worked with Jennifer who was rude and closed my chat twice when trying to resolve the issue. When trying to cancel they renewed my plan at a higher premium. This company should be avoided at all cost.

The very nice Fetch Rep
The very nice Fetch Rep, Jordanna Schatz at Dane County Humane Society was right there to help me with my cat, Perenelle’s health insurance when I came to pick her up. I received the full package that day receiving the insurance and my new kitty cat. Thank you!

talk to Amanda H she was fantastic. I had a few questions on my insurance claim and she banged it out and fixed it for me. Sometimes I Get myself all worked up calling insurance companies Because it’s sometimes a pain not With dealing with Amanda

Monthly Cost
Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

Age Limits
Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old.

Waiting Period
Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.
Exclusions
