I called Fetch to enroll my new kitty

I called Fetch to enroll my new kitty. This is me 5th kitty, covered by Fetch. Before that I did a research on other companies and went back to Fetch. Fabrice Le-Morzellec answered my call. He was very understandable and knowledgeable We went through my other kitties policies, and he helped me to choose the plan for my new kitty Oracle SIGUR. I asked a ton of questions, and he answered me with a simple explanations . All this process went very smoothly. Thanks Fabrice Le-Morzellec | and thanks Fetch. My kitties Bertie Jr. ,Elsa, Chance Chester Jr ,Charlie and is Oracle SIGUR are happy being covered by Fetch!

Simple and Easy

Spoke with Aileen to initiate a Fetch Pet policy for my 6 month old pup. I could not be any happier after completing my call and enrollment. Aileen was very cordial, knowledgeable and able to address any questions and concerns that I had. She also gave me options that were available due to the phone call which were not shown on the web site.

if you aren't a customer who makes them…

if you aren't a customer who makes them a profit, goodbye/take what you can get. While this appears legal (as they highlight their terms are only for 12 months at a time), it doesn't make sense when they say "we will never penalize you for making claims". This is clearly a penalty.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
