Absolutely awful experience. Anything I’ve tried to put through for both of my animals has been a nightmare.. I got email saying I don’t have a file with them today. Got an email asking me for information from my other insurance company. I don’t have another insurance company.. They don’t seem to know who I am. I get told to submit information and they review it and they rejected it. I’m just confused. I do not like this company whatsoever. I can’t give it a high rating whatsoever either.. I would use a different organization if I were you. When it was a mistake, it took over two months to fix and over 20 phone calls. Confirm me it was fixed and in the end, not getting the claim reviewed so far every kind of put through from my one dog has been denied for some reason or other, they seem to find things and make up things so they were a bit of a joke.. The front end people are sweet, but not very bright. The back of people Don’t seem to connect with the front line people whatsoever or read the notes I give his company a zero rating. If you $162 a month in this company has cost me more than I could ever spend on the dogs just crazy. Add a different organization in the past with mother animals never had this problem.

We researched many insurance company's and when we called fetch insurance Amanda Mello answered I was not sure about alot of things she was very polite and honest with all the things I was concerned with and came up with a plan that was most suitable for my dog Leo at a reasonable price that I was comfortable with the help she gave me and my wife made us choose fetch insurance thanks again Amanda for all your help I recommend fetch to any other pet owners that love there pet as much as we do thanks again Herb &Teresa

I had never purchased pet insurance before, thinking it was a waste, that it is just a scam, that the claims are always denied. I decided to take a chance on Fetch and am so glad I did. Our elderly cat had very expensive vet bills, and submitting for reimbursement was so easy, and it was clear from the start what was covered. Sadly our boy passed away, but dealing with Fetch made it a little easier - huge thanks to Don, he answered my questions quickly, clearly and with compassion. Don sounded like he was a pet lover too, and was so understanding of what I was going through - his kind words and efficiency meant so much! Thanks Don for making me feel like I was dealing with a person, and not a corporation :)
