They pay,0 issues.

Had around 8 months of insurance when my cat got some parasite. Took her to emergency in toronto health partners and 3 day stay.Cost me around 5k the whole deal.Submitted the invoice with docs notes 1 week later got %90 back per my plan. 0 issues.Highly recommended.

Ease of service and the quick response…

Ease of service and the quick response time! Our pups had an issue and the vet was very thorough I was afraid that like a lot of insurance places there would be fine print disallowing a lot of stuff.. this was not the case… submitted bill, was advised they were reviewing and were back to me and paid in the time allotted. Everything about the process was stress free and easy!

Worst customer service

They don't do much to help ppl. It's just a money grab. When you call its sorry can't help. What's the point really. Fast in taking your money but reimbursement takes forever

Easy to claim

Easy to claim, and fast return. I have one dog with IBD and pancreatitis and the other on medication for behavioral issues. Without Fetch I would have been in a lot of debt.

Monthly Cost

Plans average $35/month for dogs and $25 /month for cats

Coverage

You choose a reimbursement level of 70%, 80% or 90% after your deductible.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000, $10,000 or unlimited depending on your chosen plan.

$250, $300 and $500

Age Limits

Fetch doesn’t enforce upper age limits, so you can enroll your pet any time after it turns six weeks old. Some providers limit coverage for older pets to accident-only. Fetch doesn’t limit coverage by age so that you can get the right care for your buddy, no matter what.

Waiting Period

Fetch’s waiting periods are up to 15 days for accidents and illnesses and six months for orthopedic events.

Exclusions

Fetch won’t cover pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures, boarding costs, breeding costs, wellness care items, or accidents and illnesses that occur during waiting periods.
