My claim simple, quick and easy..
My claim was a breeze.. easy, simple and quick.
I submitted online. Just sent a copy of my detailed bill and gave a brief description of certain specific itemized procedures that I thought may need some explanation.
I submitted 2 separate claims on September 24, 2024 and received an email on October 2, 2024 saying both claims were completed (7days) and a check will be sent in the mail since I did not have direct deposit attach to my account.
I am satisfied with the claims department... fast and speedy work in completing my claims.
I just wish Embrace would stop raising my pets yearly renewal each year, customer service says because pet ages.
My pet became a member in 2021.
I started paying high 40's (July 2021) and now I'm paying $117.51 (July 2024)
I only submitted an actual claim "twice"....which this is the claim I am doing a 5 star review...
Not counting the wellness plan i did a claim on...since I had paid into that plan and received only $25 extra added to what I paid. I had to use that wellness plan amount before the next renewal or the amount would be forfeit.
Embrace please dont raise the renewals...
