Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have been with Embrace for over 18 years now. I use to ALWAYS give rave reviews about them. I've had good and bad claims yet I've understood how everything worked. For the most part, I have been generally happy.... Until NOW. I called to make a minor change in my policy and I was told that I had to CANCEL my existing policy and start over... My policy price increased 50% per month ($63 to $98) and the folks that you speak too are simply.....ambivalent to you... Ughhhh The ridiculous talking points.. "inflation" - - PLEASE... "its your zip code" .. Oh lots of claims where you live...... Whatever lie they are working off of at this time, as if we are completely ignorate on the other end. The company I use to love, now completely sucks. You don't give a crap about anything accept collecting and it shows.

The turn around time from when I submitted my claims was excellent. I do think that I should have been reimbursed for the X-ray.

This is the most worthless insurance I have found. They make it very difficult to complete a claim. I have two Goldens each had an Episioplasty. ( diagnosis not on their drop down menu). However, one dog had surgery last year and it was paid after several attempts to get them to review vets documents which they had. This year other dog had same surgery and I know they have vets paperwork but have not agreed to pay claim.
