I have been with Embrace for over 18…
I have been with Embrace for over 18 years now. I use to ALWAYS give rave reviews about them. I've had good and bad claims yet I've understood how everything worked. For the most part, I have been generally happy.... Until NOW. I called to make a minor change in my policy and I was told that I had to CANCEL my existing policy and start over... My policy price increased 50% per month ($63 to $98) and the folks that you speak too are simply.....ambivalent to you... Ughhhh
The ridiculous talking points.. "inflation" - - PLEASE... "its your zip code" .. Oh lots of claims where you live...... Whatever lie they are working off of at this time, as if we are completely ignorate on the other end. The company I use to love, now completely sucks. You don't give a crap about anything accept collecting and it shows.
