The insurance is okay. Verify you have the correct zip code with them. Mine went unverified for a year and I called to quote adding another dog and because my zip code was wrong my rate went up $16 per month.

Customer service is quick to answer calls, very polite. Process claims quickly for reimbursement.

I was hesitant to purchase pet insurance as I had heard many horror stories concerning high costs and poor service. But, I trusted USAA and decided to purchase Embrace insurance because of its affiliation with USAA. Two years later my dog Buddy suffered a broken leg requiring specialized surgery and multiple follow up appointments. Not only was it stressful but extremely expensive.
