They overcharged me me two months in a row. I had to continuously call and I was not compensated for the inconvenience. The rates also go up even if you don’t use the policy.
I did not say I wasn’t refunded. However, I said I was not compensated after being on hold for almost a hour. The manager did nothing to ensure they appreciate customer service. This was a billing error on the companies behalf. What was given to me for the time that I wasted out of my day to correct service that I pay my hard earned money to? Yall have policies and deductibles that will always be followed when it’s time to use what we pay into for months. I deserve to be compensated for the inconvenience caused because of negligence. It was not my fault I was overcharged.
