Professional company with great customer service
Our 4 month old puppy became very ill very quickly with health issues that eventually led to his very untimely death.Embrace afforded us a piece of mind (ie not worrying about breaking the bank), but also showed they really care about their customers (the pets) by sending us a sympathy card.
While I would have liked to say I purchased his insurance with his "life" in mind, it was nice that we had it in this time of tragedy.
