Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I'm truly impressed with the service that Embrace provides, they had my claim processed within weeks,provided great service with care and understanding. I had so much faith in Embrace that I added my newly acquired puppy to the insurance plan before my claim was even finished. Its a comforting feeling knowing there's a company like Embrace around..

There are pet owners and then there are pet lovers. Being pet lovers, we didn't hesitate to pull out all the stops when our 10 month old puppy unbelievably came down with a deadly disease which he had been vaccinated against! After 2 vet hospitals we still had to transfer him to a third - Metropolitan Hospital in Akron where - with God leading the way - his life was saved, and he recovered to enjoy puppy-dom. Although Embrace initially turned down our claim, we asked them to take a second look as this was a freak occurrence, something five veterinarians said was unpredictable and rare. Much to our surprise, Embrace agreed that it was an extreme exception, that every precaution had been taken and yet the worst had still happened. These are real people who are willing to listen and delve into the particulars, definitely not what we expected. We thought it would be the same old insurance run-around with a "No" being the end result. It is really refreshing to finally find a company who is as good as their advertising and reviews. We had spent a lot of time reviewing pet insurance companies and we read the reviews and ratings carefully; this time we found a company which doesn't view all events as a black and white issue, but understands that life can take on hues of gray and that sometimes, man's best vaccines just don't eliminate the seemingly "impossible". My experience with Embrace has been exceptional in every way. The customer service has been superb, with personal, compassionate and caring representatives. The claims are handled in a timely manner and reimbursements are swift. If only insurance representatives for humans were so compassionate and helpful! Embrace has been a pleasure to work with since the day I signed up 3 years ago. I haven't had any major medical issues with my dog (minor skin issues/allergies/ear infections etc), hence no payments/checks made yet. However, whenever I have had claims processed to be put towards my deductible, it's been done quickly, efficiently, and most importantly, with such a pleasant and helpful attitude. Most insurance companies look for reasons to reject your claim -but Not Embrace. I am blown away by how willing to help each representative is. They are the epitome of great customer service. So far so good! And I have recommended them to others, as well as my vet's office, and I only hear good things in return as well. They definitely go above and beyond, over other pet insurance companies.
