Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

The experience I've had with Embrace has been nothing short of excellent. My wire haired dachshund Mabel developed a heart condition this past summer. I have submitted numerous claims on her behalf and Embrace has reimbursed everything (less our $500 deductible and 10% co-pay) to the penny including the bills from specialists. They pay the amount the vets actually charge and not an amount that some other insurers do, what they consider to be "reasonable." The only mistake I made was not getting coverage for meds as this is now running over $100 a month. I have amended my policy to include drug coverage for my other dog for only an additional $5 a month. I can't recommend Embrace highly enough.

It continues to amaze me that the turnaround time for a claim with Embrace only takes 10 days or so. Your company is most efficient and communicates when they receive a claim - when they process a claim - and confirms that I have received the reimbursements. This is a good Company and I have referred you to all my friends with pets.

This is my first claim although I have had the insurance for about 4 1/2 yrs. The service was very fast, reimbursement in a week.The paperwork was handled very professional, but some how I missed the fact that I had to pay the $500.00 deductible plus 35% co-pay, but all in all I am satisfied.

I had several claims because I have a puppy. Communication was very clear, they confirmed receipt of claim, updated me throughout the process and when I disagreed with one of their decisions to deny a claim; they really listened and understood my point of view and paid the claim. They are good, honest people who really do love pets.
