This company has one of the best follow up procedures. I receive emails that claim was received and in process p, as well as determination of claim. Veery impressed with the service the company provides.

We enrolled Chloe, our golden retriever, when she was just 9 weeks old. We have used Embrace for both wellness and illness vet visits. All claims have been handled efficiently, professionally and on a timely basis. It is very reassuring to have pet insurance and know we have the coverage needed for our gal.

Had to file an appeal.I also sent letters written from the Dr. and they stated the claim was still not covered. Found every excuse possible to not pay the claim.

When I had questions about how to file a wellness claim, I was helped by amazing nice and friendly customer service, and they followed up by sending me a claims form (though I did not request it since I had one from a prior email). My claim was processed super quickly with no problems. I love you guys!!!

Our Doxie recently required surgery, and it was the first claim we ever filed. We couldn't have asked for better customer service! In fact, when we had an opportunity to have surgery sooner rather than later, they responded to our request for pre-certification within a one-day notice! Their communication in connection with our claim was superb, and our reimbursement came within a week. For such a difficult time, they made the situation easier. I have recommended insuring furry friends through Embrace to others. Our dog received the best care possible, thanks to Embrace! It was an excellent experience.
