I had a very sick little Yorkie and we went to urgent care twice and my vet once. I was surprised at how easy it was to file a claim and how quickly it was processed. I’m so glad to report my little guy is better and the claim was processed so quickly. Thank you for being there in our time of need

I recently submitted copies of purchased prescription medication for my dog who has Cushings disease. I received an email from Embrace indicating they need more information in order to process the reimbursement. I called Embrace and they needed an original copy of the Vet's prescription in order to process my reimbursement. After we resolved that issue, the agent was very helpful and stated they would now fast track my reimbursement process. Embrace has always worked to ensure the customer has the best outcome possible.
