embrace seemed like an OK company although they make you wait for long periods of time while requesting detailed medical records that don't make a lot of sense but when I try to add a third pet to my Policy who is only two years old and has never had any medical problems I had taken him to a veterinarian because he was vomiting which as we know all dogs do at one time or another day then sent me the policy with a pre-existing condition clause that says that if he ever vomited or anything made vomit though there's an underlying condition about vomiting that they would not pay the claims for 18 months or perhaps permanently I decided against this company for that and went back to the akc insurance which does not have any pre-existing condition clause after the waiting period

It is hit or miss depending on who looks at your claim My recent claim took longer than needed because two initial adjusters kicked it back for additional information and were not interested in hearing me out or help. Luckily I did get Ashley B who took her time looking into my situation and took ownership in getting it resolved.

Easy to use web page and great contact via email for any issues for claims. Takes a while to get breakdown of coverage for each invoice to be able to know what was covered and why.

I was skeptical about getting pet insurance. Embrace has turned that around. I am pleased to how easy it is to submit a claim and the timely manner of their response to my claim. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.
