So easy to file a claim! I mostly submit for monthly grooming and then for yearly/routine vaccinations. Highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance

Wow! It was very fast and easy to file the claim.

It's just so easy sending in your bills...a lot easier than my own health insurance!!!

Forget it, too complicated for old people.

The response time for Embrace is great, but like any insurance company, they are always looking to tie claims to preexisting conditions which in some situation aren't the case. Just because one of multiple symptoms may be a preexisting condition, shouldn't make the entire claim tied to that one condition. For example my pup had a pancreatis attach which resulted in numerous tests, medications, and a hospital stay. Because he had diarrhea for a portion of the 5 days he was in and out of the hospital, the entire $4500 claim was denied. The nausea wasn't diarrhea related, the ultrasounds, xrays, food enticing medication, multiple pain relievers, all had absolutely nothing to do with diarrhea, yet the entire claim was denied with the rationale of preexisting diarrhea. This is frustrating and feels like railroading. I've actually considered switching insurance companies because of it. Reply: I did reach out to fight the claim and to better understand why none of it was approved. I was told because he had diarrhea during the course of his stay the claim decision wouldn't change.
