Awful Pet Insurance

Awful pet insurance. Save your money & avoid yourself tons of aggravation. Customer Service is completely lacking. Untimely claim processing, bogus denials. Many grievances, disputes, and appeals. I believe this pet insurance is about to go "belly-up" so Consumer Beware. If your in the market, do not consider ASPCA Pet Insurance as an option. C&F Insurance Agency administers the policies for this pet insurance. If you enjoy throwing away your hard earned money, then this is your best option.

They have no problem automatically…

They have no problem automatically taking your payments but when it comes to doing their job it takes more than 3-4 months to process a single simple claim! BEWARE!!!

I have been trying to have a claim paid…

I have been trying to have a claim paid for over 3 months now. They keep requesting the same information that has already been provided multiple times. The customer service assured me every time that they have everything they need then I receive an email asking for what has already been provided. They reimbursed me for all the small claims, but after my dog had surgery they seem to refuse to process this claim. I don’t know what’s going on but I would tread cautiously
