User Friendly

The website made the sign-up process painless and I like being able to submit paperless claims. When I viewed my new account online, everything was clear, simple, and easy to understand. My only concern was understanding how the preventive care endorsement worked. It was a little confusing when I saw my Delarations page not to have that listed very clearly at the beginning of the document. I eventually found the "add-on endorsement" at the end of the document but I think mentioning it on the initial page that shows what you are paying would have made things clearer instead of combining the two items into one total. I was afraid I hadn't added it at first glance. I look forward to working with the company in the future. So far everything has been very user friendly.

ASPCA keeps charging without providing any services.

I can't express my disappointment. I've got a simple plan($44.03 monthly payment). ASPCA KEEPS CHARGING ME EVERY MONTH SINCE MARCH 18. And I can't claim anything because my pet’s status is inactive.

Where is my coverage card?

I only got an email and never received a coverage card. So I had to go back through my thousands of emails just to find my original email that stated my dog was covered.
