ASPCA has always been super helpful and supportive. They’ve taken care of my animals and me every single time we’ve had an issue. I’d highly recommend them for someone looking for pet insurance.

Claims are not processed in 2 days.

I did a lot of research and they stated that claims would be paid out in 2 days. Here we are a week later and nobody has even looked at my claim. Now they say claims are processed in 12 business days.

Support took a week to respond to a simple question that was not in fact answered! My request was sent by email and should have been responded in a maximum of a couple of days. Auto generated responses do not count. If you have an online service your support should reflect that level of service! Update: Thanks for the response to my Trustpilot. Wow only an hour... Kind of my point!!

Bad coverage.

Unfortunately due to the heartless decision of this so called insurance company we are having to make the tough choice right now of whether to put our cat Woody down. This cat has been a part of our young family for 2.5 years. We took him to the hospital back in September due to a problem that he had with one of his knees causing him not be able to walk. He also had to have surgery at that time to remove a blockage in his bladder. We went into a lot of debt to pay for that surgery. We got this insurance at that time to protect us in case something else came up. A month later we were told by our vet that completely unrelated to what we were informed before with his knees Woody now has degenerate hip disease. We submitted a claim with this so called insurance company who then informed us that they are unable to cover it due to preexisting conditions. Somehow hips are closely enough related to knees that that our cat's prior incident was considered a pre-existing condition?? If you don't have this insurance already don't start it. If you do cancel it. They will find every excuse they can to not cover the care your pet needs. I would advise that the Better Business Bureau investigate the fraudulent practices and standards of this so called insurance company. Protect you and your pets by staying out and getting out of this insurance company. My estimate # was 3855133
