I pay my insurance on time, how about living up to what is agreed take my deductible and pay me

It’s ridiculous, I have two Shitzu, I pay $200 a month for pet insurance from ASPCA. The veterinarian submitted three claims for Bella along with the receipt from the vet itemized. So I don’t understand what information they are looking for. To me they just don’t want to pay and it’s ridiculous and if I don’t get paid, I’m going to stop using ASPCA PET insurance AND THEN I’M GOING TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO AT LEAST GET MY MONEY BACK FOR EVERY MONTH OF SERVICE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE WHICH IS FROM THE BEGINNING.

Straightforward injury claim denied

I am on my second year of Accident + Colic Coverage on my 4 horses, and recently added Complete/Accident + Illness on my 2 cats as well. This is my very first claim. My horse recently sustained bone trauma that unfortunately caused a portion of the coffin bone to became devitalized and turn into a sequestrum. Super straightforward accident/injury, right? Wrong, apparently. My small claim for radiographs and antibiotics was denied, since apparently"no eligible accident took place." A different claim on my cat (extraction of several teeth with resorptive lesions) was denied because she previously had lesions on a DIFFERENT tooth (which was removed/cured), FOUR YEARS AGO. Apparently damage to one tooth (even if that tooth is removed) counts as a pre-existing condition on other, previously healthy teeth... Make it make sense. This claim also took over a month to process and included the company repeatedly asking me for my cat's vet records - from my EQUINE vet. Garbage customer service, garbage insurance. I will NOT be renewing coverage and I will be warning every pet and horse owner I know to stay far, far away.
