ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

In December 2015 one of my pets was diagnosed with diabetes when he was in the vet's for another reason. I had mentioned he had a large urine output that prompted a check of his glucose level, which was extremely high. My pet was put on insulin but it seemed to make matters worse, and at one time I had to take him to the Emergency vet. Insulin was stopped, and he is being maintained with diet. The claim for the initial diagnosis, as well as a claim for the trip to the Pet Emergency clinic, were processed quickly and fairly. I am very happy with ASPCA pet insurance.

A year and a half ago I lost one of our beloved dogs to a veterinarian I had regarded to be the best. His name was Harley. I took him for a simple teeth clean and to remove some benign tumors and he ended up unable to eat ever again. Somehow, the vets let him lie flat and the fluid from his stomach destroyed his esophagus. After a month of stomach tube feedings and watching him deteriorate, we had to send him to Heaven. ASPCA was aware of what was happening from the invoices I had been submitting. This wonderful organization called me often to give comfort and counseling during my time of great, great grief. I will always, always recommend this organization for pet insurance, they are efficient, honest and fair in their claims process. Take my advice, please--do NOT ever have your dog's teeth cleaned under general anesthesia. Buy Tru-Dog "Spray Me". It truly works for removing tartar. Check it out.

I love ASPCA in that they give my reimbursement quick and fast and with no trouble. They are they only insurance that I have read online to cover a pet for the same illness after 180 days and overall they every time I call they always ask how my dog is doing. I would recommend ASPCCA to anyone as they truly look out for your pet.

Aspca got my insurance taken care of right away when my cat Princess was sick and needed x-Rays and blood work. They were very nice and they paid for everything but my deductible. Princess is fine and I fill so much better.

My dog BARBIE was ill recently and she had a lot of tests. I Contacted ASPCA while I was still at the Vet. They were very elpful and reassuring and offered to walk me through the reimbursement process. When I submitted my paperwork I did not know what to expect. However, ASPCA contacted me to make sure my paperwork was correct and I was reimbursed promptly. They are an insurance company you can trust.
