Can't Cancel/Stop Auto-renew?!?

I can not believe this company does not have a way to turn off the auto-renew of the policy. You have to call the day before and actually CANCEL the policy to prevent them from charging your card again. They are higher than most of the other companies. I've done the comparisons and will be going to another company. This was my first time having pet insurance. I did have to file 1 claim. Once the vet sent the information in, then I was able to get the reimbursement.

I like ASPCA

I like ASPCA, but the claim process has been difficult. For example if my dog went to the vet for wellness check, and they received the vaccine that is included in my coverage and I miss selected the correct treatment it would not be covered even though on the paperwork it clearly shows that my pet received that treatment.

Highly recommend for peace of mind

I had such a great experience with ASPCA that I switched all of my dogs insurance over to them. I have felt that my claims were processed quickly and honestly, and the customer service has always been friendly and helpful. I recommend ASPCA to anyone searching for pet insurance.

Insurance that's there when you need it

My healthy dog had a sudden illness this year. It was very scary, he lost 25% of his body weight in three months and he was suddenly loosing the ability to walk. The vets couldn't figure out what was going on at first. Eventually, we learned it was PLN, protein losing nephropathy. A kidney disease that made his body attack himself. The solution was some new medications and a diet change. I am so grateful for how painless ASPCA Pet Health Insurance made this whole process. It was so easy to upload invoice from the vets and get direct deposits straight to my account. The website was easy to use and track how my claims were progressing. Everything was so straight forward. I recommend ASPCA Pet Health Insurance to any pet owners I know who are curious. Worth every penny. It's so rare to feel like your insurance is there for you when you need it and we're so grateful. Can you guys do humans, too?
