I care about my little one very much and I had lost my previous dog due to terminal incurable illness so i decided to get my new rescue an insurance. After reviewing the policies and many customer reviews( i am very sad that I haven't read the yelp reviews before) I chose the ASPCA insurance.
I have to wait already 2 months to be reimbursed for the damn shots. I have a prime preventative plan for my dog. And my claim was considered inelegible for the reimbursement BECAUSE IT EXCEEDS THE LIMIT: ATTN to the logic- i pay 70$ a month for your damn insurance and i will not be reimbursed my maximum for rabies vac which is 25$ BECAUSE I PAID 30$ at vetco. ARE U CRAZY AND HIRE PPL WHO HAVE NO CLUE HOW YOUR POLICY WORKS?
The customer service is unhelpful at all, they are very polite etc. but i don't need to be asked how I and my dog are doing, i have friends and family to ask me that. The insurance company has only to proceed the claims the right way and give the reimbursement according to my plan. That's it.
If your representative will respond and offer me to call the customer service- I HAVE ALREADY SPENT AN HOUR ON THE LINE WITH YOUR SERVICE AND IT DID NOT HELP THE CASE.
Would never recommend anyone to use that company
