Not happy with customer service…
I wrote a long email to customer service and never heard back.
I signed up and was unable to enter my free month code and I tried to call but kept being transferred and disconnected until of course when I couldn’t wait any longer, and signed up, customer service answered literally the moment I finally paid and then they told me they couldn’t help me. Not a good way to start out over such a small amt of money that you are giving as an incentive for people to choose you and then you don’t come through when your service doesn’t work!
