ASPCA | Pet Insurance Review

Our Sammy had a neurological condition and was shaking really bad to the point were it was hard to eat and poop. The 1am ER trip with "you may have to put him down" statement was hard to swallow. But the. We took him to a neurologist and got his MRI and Spinal tap. Knowing we had insurance for Sammy but using it for the first time was nerve wrecking especially when they told us how much it would cost. But we were wiling to dig deep financially without knowing how much reimbursement from ASPCA. we love our Sammy. If I had to sell my car to do it I would have. ASPCA made us feel really safe on our decision and reimbursement almost most of it. A great deal of relief to our family as financially we recovered too. Thank you for our Sammy's health and peace of mind. Thank you

It may seem a lot for a monthly coverage for your pet but well worth it especially after a tragic event... Had to take my dog to emergency for an ear infection and difficulty breathing... Scared the heck out of us but the sight of the bill was even worst... The only relief was knowing the fact that I would get some of it back... Very satisfied with the whole process... Glad my wife convinced me to invest in insurance...

I have had accident insurance on my Yorkie for many years...never needed to make a claim until this year. He was following our schnauzer (running) and came flying thru the doggie door and crashed! He limped on 3 legs until the orthopedic surgeon had an opening in her schedule. Thank goodness we had ASPCA Insurance. We didn't have to make that difficult choice of "can we rally afford that vet bill". The claim was handled very quickly. And our Yorkie is now running again!

This is the best pet insurance. The customer service is excellent. We lost our Molly back in January. They called to say how sorry they were, then sent a sympathy card as well. They are very quick to process a claim when you submit it. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

ASPCA's team does an excellent job of processing and paying claims for our doggie Jill. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Excellent program!
