WAS there to help
I admit that I had doubts if my "daughter" would be covered. After finding out she had a digestive problem, possible Mega Esophagus. I was beside myself with her health and even if she would live through it. I'm permanently disabled and am on a very low fixed income. The one dog was all I could ever afford with just the regular upkeep in vet bills. She is a mix breed I adopted and love more than life itself! After I submitted my bills, it took a bit for them to do their research. Which I can understand. I did get very slightly less than I thought I would. But it was still quite close to the % of what I can afford to pay for each month. It sure helped a LOT to get part of the money it had cost back! The people you talk with are all so nice and caring. My vet even commented on how easy they are to work with. If you are looking for peace of mind? Even if you are unable to afford all the coverage you would like. Buying the amount that you can afford is still much better than having none at all! I'm sure happy that I bought the ASPCA health insurance that I did. And depending on your income, you can get whatever your needs/wants are!
