Fantastic
My Cat, Miss Malcolm, has just turned 20 years old and we have been with ASPCA since she was a kitten. She has been pretty healthy till this past year so until now we haven't had much need for Vet Visits but when we did see our Vet, this insurance was on top of everything immediately. As of October, Miss. Malcolm's little kidney's began to fail. I have been giving here fluids 2 times a week since. I order her prescription supplies and then submit bills to ASPCA with there very simple on line billing. Within about a week I receive a check. It is so simple. It is great dealing with there staff by phone or chats on line. They are kind, concerned and always follow up if needed. I wish ASPCA insured people because I would certainly have them instead of my carrier taking care of me.
