I have had a good experience with …

I have had a good experience with ASPCA. The range of plan options they offer now is good. The member portal has made it very easy to submit claims and the direct deposit option makes everything very easy. They pay quickly. I receive calls from them every now and again to check on my animals especially if something large has happened. This is a nice touch. As with all insurance I wish more was covered, but it may also be a result of my plan choices.

Great accident coverage

After my dog swallowed pack of Motrin, and spent 3 days on IV at the hospital, I was happy to see her full recovery. I was also happy to see 90% of the expenses reimbursed by her insurance in timely manner. It was a win/win situation- Healthy dog and money in the pocket!

So happy to have ASPCA insurance.

I have a cat that is 14 years old and was diagnosed with diabetes last year. I couldn't take care of him without ASPCA's wonderful insurance. They have never given me a hastle about reimbursement for his care. I am so grateful to have them as my pet's insurance. I love him and he is a big part of my family.

Glad to have it.

Although I have had several pets over the years, I have never had pet insurance. I knew when I adopted my toy Pomapoo things would be different. My year old puppy is a challenge. She is managing to get into all sorts of things. I am relieved that there is insurance to help cover the cost of a vet if needed. Mariah had an accident and ASPCA insurance helped defray the cost without a problem. Perfect!

ASPCA is Great

We have been with ASPCA pet insurance for years with our 2 airedales. Simply said, it is great. Their new-ish online claim submittal is easy and clear. Tracking and seeing the history is also easy and clear. Their policies and payments are fair and well explained. Their communication is great as well. Recently we had a major incident and within 2 days of submitting the claim online, I got an email saying that they needed more information and were contacting the hospital to gather that information. 3 days after that I got an email with a status update (of paid) and a link to the EOB. Later that day, I got a call following up to see how my dog was doing and if I had any questions on the insurance process. Not only is pet insurance a smart thing to have, ASPCA is the way to go. We were formerly with another company and found their payments were confusing and low and their customer service was sub-par.
