A Positive Insurance Process
I filed 2 claims with ASPCA. The first was for an initial vet visit for exam and bloodwork to determine why my cat was not feeling well and then a 2nd visit for a different blood panel. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis and required cortisone and a diet change. ASPCA received my claim and processed it very quickly. I received my portion back within a week. I also received a call from ASPCA asking how my cat was doing and a card with a hand written note thanking us for being a customer. I was very pleased with the process, customer service and the personalized approach. I have recommended them to others with animal companions.
