ASCPA stands behind you when your pet is sick

My dog Cue has been going thru a difficult year: fevers that did not respond to antibiotics, cancer, recovery, then more difficulties. It's been months of tests, surgery, a time of recovery and illness again. Besides the heartbreak of seeing your pet ill and the vets having difficulty finding the cause, there is the added issue of the financial cost. ASPCA Pet Health Insurance helped every step of the way, with quick response to claims, including checks to help alleviate the costs. They called to check on how Cue and I were doing. I felt like I had a full support team behind me and was glad that I had taken out pet insurance with ASCPA.

We have been with this insurance company for many years. Nothing but excellent return when we have submitted our claims.

Compassionate company that really cares

My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about ASPCA insurance. We have had this insurance for our cats since we adopted two of our cats back in 2006. One of our 4 cats unexpectedly passed away on October 10. I had to make the difficult call to inquire about cremation services and cancelling our Gabi from our account and the customer service person showed extreme compassion as I tried to explain everything in between breaking down. Within a few days, we received a call from one of the agents giving his condolences. It was the most heartfelt messages and I even archived it on my phone. We also received a sympathy card in the mail shortly thereafter, which is now on the shelf with our Gabi's ashes. We also received another call from our agent a few days ago following up on one of our other cats who had to see the vet the day that Gabi passed away. He again sounded so compassionate asking about how our Jitz is doing. He also followed that by saying he hoped our other two cats were doing well also. When I called back, we spoke and the rep asked how happy we are with ASPCA. I told him that the night before my husband and I were discussing how receiving these types of follow-up calls make you want to stay with this insurance and we wish human insurance companies treated people in the same manner. We are extremely happy with ASPCA insurance!

Don't go another day without it (really, go sign up now)!

When our little lady, Millie, was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor back in April, we were thrown into a cycle of what felt like endless appointments and surgeries and procedures. It was an incredibly difficult time with much to worry about: but the one thing we never thought twice about was vet bills, thanks to ASPCA Insurance. The process for submitting a claim couldn't be easier, the reimbursement couldn't be faster, and the service couldn't be more spectacular (after each claim, the folks at ASPCA call to see how Millie is doing). We are happy to report that Millie is currently cancer free and on the mend, thanks to the topnotch care we were able to afford because of ASPCA. To all pet owners out there: get ASPCA. Fingers crossed your beautiful animal never gets sick, but if they do: you will be as grateful as I am for this spectacular coverage and service.
