everybody should have Pet health insurance
I have two dogs, Buddy and Holly. When I first rescued Holly she was sick every week with one thing or another. ASPCA insurance helped me out with her vet bills which were costly. She is now a happy and healthy dog. Buddy has been having some problems with his pancreas levels and ASPCA has been helping me out with his blood work vet bills. I would recommend them as I have been with them for over 8 years

My dog, Lady Bird had been insured by another company and uploading documents was impossible. There were constant error messages! While I never filed a claim in the 2 years that I had them, I also never uploaded any vet bills that may have offset the deductible because of the hassle. I contacted customer service regarding the issue, and when they suggested that I call them in the future instead of using their website, I switched pet insurance. Read great reviews for ASPCA so signed up in Feb. 2018. Of course, a little over a month later my dog was bitten at doggie daycare. Emergency surgery and 14 stitches and a large vet bill. What would have been a nightmare, if I had to deal with the other carrier, was amazingly smooth. Filed the claim and before the sutures have even been removed, the first invoice has been paid and directly deposited into my checking account. Phenomenal. I cannot recommend them enough!

Best Insurance for Fur Babies
ASPCA Pet Insurance has been a life saver. I am so grateful for all the support they have provided to me & my fur babies. I would recommend them to anyone.

Claims are handled quickly, which is appreciated. Also received a follow up phone call from ASPCA.
Monthly Cost
Rates start at: $10 (for accident only), $16 (Complete Coverage). Rates vary based on species, age, breed, and location.
Coverage
The pay-out amount is based on the actual vet bill, at a rate pre-selected by the customer: 90%, 80% or 70%
Payout Limits
Annual limits can be set by the customer, ranging from $2,500 to $20,000, including an unlimited option.
No lifetime limits.
Deductible
$100, $250 or $500 annually.
Age Limits
No upper age limits. Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
Waiting Period
There are no waiting periods for preventive care. Coverage begins 14 days after date listed on policy for accidents, illnesses, and knee/ligament conditions.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions, cosmetic procedures and breeding costs are not covered.
ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has two Preventive Care plans that can be added to help cover a pet’s wellness care, including annual exams, vaccinations, tests, dental cleanings and flea/heartworm preventive. Preventive Care plans reimburse up to a set amount for each listed treatment.
If your pet exhibited symptoms of a knee and ligament condition at any time, prior to enrollment or during a waiting period, all ligament and knee conditions will be excluded. Ligament and Knee are conditions involving a ligament, patella, meniscus or soft tissue disorder of the knee.
Accident-Only coverage available.
