ASPCA used to be the insurance company…
ASPCA used to be the insurance company I recommended to other pet parents. However, the recent changes in the reimbursement process, specifically the new requirement to submit medical records with each claim, have altered my perception. Additionally, what’s the purpose of having accidental and illness coverage if you’re not going to reimburse me for any of it.
When I renewed my policy this year, there was no communication about the necessity of providing medical records for the reimbursement process. This sudden requirement contradicts the seamless and painless claims process that initially attracted me to your policy.
Due to this change, I will not be renewing my policy and will be taking my business elsewhere after nearly five years as a customer.
Stay away from this shady company, it’s a shame because it was once a great insurance company until they decided to put profits over pets.
