Be careful
Be careful. The flagged my pet with a pre existing condition of “allergies” and so now they flag any issues as “allergy” to not reimburse. I had to rush my dog the an urgent vet because he was bitten by a spider in the neck which caused inflammation, raspy breathing, and swelling. $262 vet bill for an antibiotic shot. ASPCA denied my claim within a day since apparently that falls under allergies… Called in, was told the decision was final but I could jump through multiple hoops to try and dispute it with a long vague explanation that included me mailing in a letter. (Idk if true but that’s what I was told)
