Crazy easy

I purchased my policy shortly after I brought kitty home and he had a run in with another animal. While waiting for his treatment to be completed I picked up a brochure for ASPCA insurance. I searched the internet for other companies and after studying several policies went with ASPCA and couldn't be happier kitty needed another trip to the ER and after we got home I went to the website and in three minutes I was done and in two days everything was approved and reimbursement was on the way. Three days later kitty relapsed and I took him to his regular vet who diagnosed him properly. I waited two days before completing the paperwork again all online couple of questions and a picture of the bill and about three days to process and again approved and a check is on the way. I can't say enough good things about ASPCA and the way they handled everything I would recommend them to everyone.

I wish I had ASPCA pet insurance for myself!!

ASPCA pet insurance is the best! It is so easy to use, and the turn-around time for reimbursement is so quick! The ease of submitting the claims is great because you can do everything online, and even keep track of the status. The customer service is great. I even had someone call to check on how my dog was doing. So happy I chose ASPCA pet insurance. :)

Excellent Customer Service

ASPCA is very easy to work with. Very understanding and helpful. Also, love the follow up phone calls to see how my pet is doing. They were also very sympathetic when my dog Jessie passed away. They were very kind and caring.

Highly Recommended

Our experience with ASPCA has been excellent. Our plan is great--$30/month gets us reimbursed at 90 percent up through $15,000 with only a $250 deductible. This includes treatment for chronic conditions such as diabetes. We have had to take our kitty to the ER four times this year. Filling out the claims takes less than 2 minutes and we have been reimbursed with no hassle. Our experience is a testament to why we got pet insurance.
