Found a cyst on my dogs eye that was missed by another vet earlier that week. When we called Crossroads they got us in and out no problem that same day. They also called back several times to check on the outcome of my dogs eye. Very professional, would highly recommend.

The lady at the front desk, was very rude. Dropping hundreds there so drop the attitude. Update 6/18: They have an $8 fee to fill a prescription every time. I noticed when ringing out they had charged me $16 extra when the vet had already just changed it..so charging me for 2-30 day ($8 extra fee on each) refills when the vet had just changed it to 60. She was complaining and argumentative..’it takes 15 minutes to change it in the system so we don’t change them’ she actually changed it in 2 minutes. Also, every time it takes 2 weeks to get in here NO MATTER WHAT. Hope this helps someone. I’m getting my prescriptions for 75% less now from a new place.

Tammy is an absolute doll. She helped us take out our Chihauhas stitches 10 mins before closing and was nothing but sweet and gentle. Thank you so much, this woman needs a raise💕💕

This awesome group of people are very caring and helpful. I just had to put my dog of 16 years down and they were wonderful. They even sent a condolences card to me after. I would highly recommend!

It’s a long and private story, but I will say they are all wonderful and if you’re looking for a vet and staff who sincerely care, this place is it. Thank you all so much for everything you do!
