Took my dog here for not gaining weight and having the runs, took her back a few times. Decided to try another vet after receiving her vet paper work they stated still has the runs don't know why tried everything. Took her to a vet In mountain view first appointment they ran a few test found the problem and have a plan in place. Used to be a great place to go years ago. Will not be going back after this experience.

I had to put my beloved basset hound down and I was not a recurring customer It was an emergency and they showed that they truly cared and they gave us all the time that we needed It was not rushed It was a great experience and I would definitely will be going back

We were traveling with our 10 month old border collie and she developed diarrhea on day 6. We called ahead and was told to come on in! Staff is so friendly, professional, and exude “animal lover”! Doctor was so gentle approaching our timid, sick puppy! She was thorough, testing for parvo, though Madigan is fully vaccinated. Test negative, but she prescribed medication to help her feel better. Bear River is a thorough, professional, friendly veterinary hospital and I highly recommend them. I wish we didn’t live 850 miles away so that we could continue Madigan’s care with this veterinarian and staff! Thank you all so very much!!

They do a great job. They helped us with our piglet and got her back to 100%.
