Over the course of several years the care our dogs received was good. However when one of them was suffering from a severe health crisis they could not be bothered to return calls. After several experiences like this over a couple days we contacted another vet. They made time for her right away and did everything they could to help, including expressing legitimate empathy. Unfortunately she didn't make it. Having to deal with this was hard enough but to have the vet she had been going to ignore us made it worse.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, they show such great compassion for animals. Great place to bring your sick fur babies.

Do not recommend as a reliable option for animal care. Their staff answering the phones could also use some training in customer service. This is the third time we have tried to get an appointment for one of our fur babies. Edited to add Jackson Animal Clinic was able to work us in today for an additional fee, which we are glad to pay to have our fur baby seen.

Our dogs have received excellent care from Ripley Paws over the past few years. Our senior Pyrenees recently became terminally ill. I can’t thank Dr. Abagail Smith and Dr. Natalie Parkins enough for their prompt and compassionate care.

This is a very complete veterinary clinic. Every time we have brought our dogs in, they have been compassionate and forthright about the care necessary and cost involved. Their prices are reasonable and even the support staff are very friendly.
