Preventive care

Dr. Meckly went out of his way to help my max on a weekend! My baby was feeling better within 24 to 36 hours!

The one star is for the rude lady who answered the phone. I asked if they did home visits. She said no. I preceded to tell her the situation and asked if she had any recommendations. Just to find out she hung up after her grumpy no. Very rude and unprofessional.

This vet is top notch! They help in anyway they can! We had a goat down and they helped us that day, if it hadn’t been for them giving us the meds needed for our goat he would have died! It was due to worms and they assisted my husband over the phone w what to do to see if it was that. We can not sing praise enough for this kind, compassionate team! we feel comfortable knowing anything that happens they will help assist us. That means a lot to us! They treat your animals like family and that’s hard to find!

5 stars for the doctors and vet techs. They are always great and willing to explain everything. 0 stars for the secretaries, especially the very rude man. I’ve never had an easy experience paying for food, medicine, or scheduling visits in person. He is very snarky and disrespectful to customers. He even mocked me and gave me a long look of disgust for trying to figure out what type of appointment I needed to schedule for next time. If it wasn’t for the excellent care actually provided to my cat, I’d find a new vet clinic in a heartbeat.
