Extremely rude. Called and they have an “emergency” number on the voicemail but when you call it’s their home & the lady was very rude. Told me they aren’t an emergency vet.

I was using another veterinarian which will remain anonymous. I felt as if I was being treated unfairly and that he wasn't listening to me. After my 3lb yorkie almost dying the same day after anonymous vet visit had to take to emergency vet. I had enough I decided to go to Dr knowles and it was the best decision of my yorkies life. He was amazing, he listened took the time to really looked at my Jacque. I will keep this vet for the rest of my dog's lives.
