I have literally been taking my fur babies here for over 14 years. This week was the first time I have ever been treated with such disrespect. I called 30 minutes before my appointment I was on my way. I was informed that Dr. Ellis didn't think I would show up and made an appointment else where and wouldn't be back until about 2:00, mind you my appointment was at 11:30 and called saying I was coming. Then instead of my fur baby being under observation for SEVERAL HOURS after he had 2 teeth extracted, he was under observation for about 1 1/2 hours. I asked if he would be ok going home that soon... I was told "I guess so" by the vet teck. I have never had an issue until now.

A really nice group of people. They sent me a sympathy card for the loss of my cat. I will definitely use in the future for any other animals I own

Wonderful staff!! Everyone is SO nice and friendly. I've seen both vets and they're both fantastic. Everyone puts you at ease and you can tell that they love their jobs. They've got a client for life in me.
