Preventive care

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

They would not even consider helping my 6-year-old Golden retriever she had Lyme's disease and we didn't know it and an affected uterus they told us she would not live 48 hours they wouldn't even give us any antibiotics and charges one of the highest but bills I've ever seen. I took my dog home and I did everything I could she was bleeding heavily and she was very sick but she made it past day number two day number three started improving on day number four and then day number five we took her to Good Hope animal clinic he performed surgery and saved her life needs to say she still slowly healing, but her life is worth it

I couldn't get them to answer the phone. During their posted business hrs. I wasn't impressed the last time I took my animal there. I switched to autobahn. They always answer an make sure all your concerns are addressed. They're friendly an patient. CV never has the time to be friendly.

Customer service use to be great but is no longer the same. I also think we should be allowed in with our animal. We have never had problems getting Kokomo's medication in the past but now with this new staff they are rude and say we can come get it and then we come and it is now ready and then we are told it could take 24 hours if approved. We drops may not seem like a lot to the front people but to us it is. Kokomo had infects that could not be treated and he is on these drops so infect will not come back he is on it for life. So it is not a one time medicne. He has taken it since we got him from PURRS years ago .his infection was sent to Charleston to be tested so they know he needs this kind of medicine. It should not be that the staff avoids phone calls and visits because they run like roaches when you pull up to the front door. The old staff always just looked up the medicine got it ready and I stopped by and picked it up as long as Kokomo had visited in that year. Sorry to say that is not this staff.

They were very prompt with our appointment. The vet and assistant were very good with our dog. It was her first shot and she didn't even bark or yelp. They were very kind and you could tell they are in it for the love of animals. They also gave us a lot of different information and options. They got me and my dog as new loyal patient. See ya soon...

The veterinarian and the vet tech are wonderful. But, if you’re looking for an empathetic receptionist you won’t find her there. She has been absolutely no help with my situation. A person should not work in such an environment without empathy.
