Superior vet care with reasonable pricing. My cat Eddie was a frequent flyer here and the team took exceptional care of him. Thank you for everything you do.

Have someone who came in yesterday and yes as an emergency since no one else could make a spot for an apt for a cat that had not been eating and losing weight. Come to find out the DR stated the cat had a tumor in its throat and nothing else they could do unless having 5k to take her for surgery. They left no other choice but to make the horrible decision to say goodbye. Was left there with no sympathy as felt was all about getting money. Would think not charge as an emergency visit and cut some slack on the price especially having to say god bye to your fur baby. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do give a stone paw print and thanks but probably not out of care. It’s sad how vets have to nickel and dime people and not have a better program set up.

They don’t have a clue what’s going on, disorganized and unprofessional. I really feel I anyone who takes their pet here is putting them at risk. They explained to me the last time the messed things up that they are under new ownership but even the vet I saw the last time was very rude, condescending and short.

Rude and unprofessional staff doesn’t answer the phone and is worse in person. Before asking what was wrong with my dog they asked if I was paying in cash or by card. After a short wait in the lobby area they moved us to an exam room where we sat for 28 minutes before I opened the door to get someone’s attention and still had to wait another 5 minutes for the rudest veterinarian I have ever met in my entire life came in. My dog has an eye injury that might require surgery and she demanded that I pay for a rabies vaccine before she would even examine his injured eye. The staff at this office would be better advised to take some personality coaching and whoever owns the tacky building should pave the dirt / gravel parking lot and send out a member of the well masked staff to pick up the dog poop and empty the overflowing trash cans of poop and poop bags occasionally. Needless to say I recommend AVOIDING this location and taking your pets to someone else’s who’s at least as concerned about the health of your animals as much as whether you’re paying cash or plastic and gouging people for unnecessary treatments.

My Abby was very sick. They where able to get her in right away. Shared everything that they needed to do for her and everything that I needed to do when I took her home. Take it she is so much better now eating and running around the house like the wind.
