How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Wittenberg Vet Clinic Companion

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Stormy, my dog is almost 9 years old. Been coming here every since he was 2 months old. He loves going there, even if it's time for a "shot" or two. All the associates that work here, really do care about your pets! I have never had any bad experiences here!! UPDATE: May 7, 2019 I called because my dog Stormy was having issues with his anal glands. They got me in same day! Too me, that clearly shows that the associates care about their pets and the customers that walk thru their doors. Bravo to everyone on staff today!

The doc doesn’t care about your pet just wants your money. I’m an American Hmong and only speak English. Every time I talked to the dumb doc she acted like I couldn’t understand her. Truly a dumb broad! Hands down 0 out of 5 save your money go else where. There was a very sweet doc years ago, wish I knew where she had gone

Compassion and professionalism at its best! We brought my son's dog in for a tooth extraction and although he was a new patient, he was treated as a member of their family. From the moment we walked through the door until we brought Sawyer home the care given was 5-star! They also took the time to follow-up and insure our "granddoggie" was on the mend. Wonderful clinic to help your best friend!!

Dr Linda and her staff are wonderful to work with. I appreciate going to a clinic that has a very calm waiting room/environment. Dr Linda and her staff always give me and my dogs their full attention and I fully trust leaving them there for surgeries/procedures. I would highly recommend this clinic!
