I have been a client since 1998. They have exceptional customer service and truly care about your pets. My cat, Kitty, had a life expectancy of 10 years due to some health issues, and he lived to be 17 1/2 years old. I could not have done it without their guidance and support. I have 100% faith and trust in them. Give them a call, you will not be sorry you did!

It took me a long time to write this review, but I am still upset about the way things were handled by them. When our vet left healing Oasis, my dog was elderly and on medication. The folks at healing Oasis couldn't care less that nobody knew where the vet was, and we're not about to tell us where he was, or give any indication of we're to even try to find him. They had no interest in helping my dog get her next prescription, and they did not seem to be taking on this doctors animals after he left. They had no concern at all for the animals that were left without a vet and couldn't find their doctor. And I find it very hard to believe that they had no idea that he was, in fact, near by. To this day it still upsets me to think about how nasty they were. In my opinion, the animals were not a priority to them. I just can not recommend them.

Even after I moved away from WI., I remembered the advice of Dr. Pedro Rivera. My cats usually live long lives because of their diet and medicine. Tank you Dr. Rivera. Your advice has prolonged the lives of my cats - with zero suffering.
