Unfortunately, nearly two years of outstanding service are now in the shadow of one visit with a very pretentious Dr. Larson. She was condescending and unprofessional when my wife brought our dog in; whoever I spoke with on the phone, later that day, fit the profile by making sure that I knew I was inconsequential. I certainly can’t place all of Country View in the same bucket, but we will not be returning to the New Glarus clinic.

Took my dog in for an ear infection. They said her ears were dirty and gave me ear cleaner. After a few days took her to another vet. Not only did she have a staff infection but also a bacterial infection in that ear. Do not take your dog here. They are incompetent.
