I made a “new patient” appointment for my dog and it happened to land on the day we had a huge snow storm. Their office decided to close at noon and I was scheduled for 2:45pm. They called to reschedule me and I expressed my desire to get in because I had some concerns about my pooch. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and squeezed me in at 10:30am. The vet tech, Mallory was lovely too. She bundled up to take my dog outside to gather a urine sample, so they could get it tested same day…I thought my pup may have a UTI. She did! And because of Mallory, they were able to start my dog on antibiotics that day. The veterinarian, Dr. Andrea Sobon was referred to me by a friend and she did not disappoint! She spent almost 2 hours with me explaining and answering all my questions. She is beyond amazing at her job! I recommend this clinic if you are looking for a vet and staff that genuinely have your pets best interest at heart. Everyone I came into contact with had amazing customer service. Thanks for a great experience.

Feels like home. I trust every staff member. Love how everyone here talks to my pets. It is an efficient, professional, loving, caring place to be. I trust that services are not overdone and I’m always included in the decision-making process and feel my opinions are valued and respected.

When we purchased our dog and had a very tight window for having her checked out, I panicked! From the moment I called New Berlin Animal Hospital I felt comforted, welcomed, and supported. Amy was so pleasant over the phone and she was able to get us in within our window. Each and every appointment since has truly been a pleasure! As new puppy owners we have a lot of questions and never once has anyone made us feel dumb or seemed annoyed. Everyone loves on Brooklyn from the moment she arrives until we leave. We know she’s in good hands! The double bonus is being 7mins from our home!

I have been taking my pets there for almost 30 years and will not go anywhere else. The quality of care there is outstanding and I absolutely trust the veterinarians and staff for all my pet care needs! Simply the best!
