I made a appointment 3,weeks ago, now ,the very day before my pets surgery they changed him to a over night stay. The receptionist that answered the phone admitted the mistake, but blamed me and canceled the 3 week appointment.. I only wished that my Leo, had a respectful Veterinarian....JUST A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

When I was turned away from my own vet and I am not even a client with medford they allowed me to bring my pet in .. they stabilized her and we were able to take her to the emergency vet. They were amazing
