Top service all around! I called in July for pricing, and they were transparent about what to expect. They were booked out to early August so I set an appointment but asked them to put me on a cancelation list. They followed through and called me last week and got me in on short notice for July 27th. I am very impressed with the interpersonal communication of all staff and their love for fur babies! My sweet babies felt so comfortable during their appointment because they were given time to adjust and settle in.

Ongoing awesome care! Sir Bishop Tuxedo saw Dr. Raasch this week and my kitty is quite the talker minus Vet visit times. He enjoys car rides (only while wearing his jammies though!) McAH has been my Vet since 2007. ~China Moon Crowell

They did amazing work on my foster dog when he needed a mass removed. The rapid healing, and pep in his step make me so happy.

I would give it no stars if I was able to. Least compassionate place I have ever taken an animal to. The vet Owner, is one of the most condescending vets I have ever experienced in my life. The front desk staff is rude and doesn't follow up when they say they will. Not sure if they even like animals up at the front desk answering the phones. And the manager is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She needs to take a few classes, maybe go train for a few years in customer service actually before coming back to that position if ever. Her stance is NOT the customer is always right, but the business is always right and excuses that they are understaffed is her main go to for an answer (I mean excuse) for the issues in their facility. Go anywhere but this place...it is getting worse and worse.
